1 in 4 urban women today is unable to secure employment. Even if we ignore the gender pay gap, the hostile situations women have to go through for education, or societal pressures preventing them from reaching their true potential, this ratio translates to millions of Indian women being out of the job market. This translates to a generation of women being denied equal rights, and with them, we are facing a national loss.

History of Women's Empowerment in India:

Savitribai and Jyotirao Phule started the first school in India for girls in 1848. One would think that after so many years, we would be able to reach parity in education for boys and girls. But, alas, the reality is far from it. Although India has been able to educate millions of girls, millions more are yet to receive the benefits.

Let us transform our nation by empowering women.
Way Ahead:

The clear solution to the problem is to provide education and all other necessary facilities for girls. But apart from the major urban areas, most of the country still needs to implement policies to support this cause. And ultimately, women have to face the harsh realities on the other end. The reasons behind this inequality vary from poverty to cultural issues.

Our NGO's efforts:

We have established Riddhi Siddhi Charitable Trust with the primary focus of improving the lives of marginalized communities. And as such, creating a positive impact on the lives of women is our major cause. Therefore, we have been actively running initiatives to this end. Riddhi Siddhi Charitable Trust is running important initiatives like providing stationery and school bags, conducting education seminars, and providing sanitary pads to change the situation of women's empowerment in India.

Help us do more.

Our dream is to bring closer the day when every woman in India can dream and achieve anything their ambitions desire. But to achieve this dream, we need your crucial help. With your support, we have been able to bring about a change in the way of life for thousands of women. Please keep supporting our cause and see the difference we can bring to the lives of these extraordinary women in India.
