According to the United Nations Development Programme, 14.9% of the Indian population is multidimensionally poor. This means that there are still people in India who are acutely malnourished, unable to afford basic education, get decent jobs to support themselves, live under extremely unhygienic sanitary conditions, or worse, don't have a roof over their heads at all. Add to this the effects of COVID-19, and the situation looks worrisome.

History

Poverty seems like an age-old problem in India, but historically speaking, it was not always the case. India not only used to be completely self-reliant but also used to be a center of trade and commerce. But due to many reasons, the situation has changed, and unfortunately, many are facing the brunt of it. Although India is bringing lakhs of people out of poverty, there are still many more people who are yet to receive the benefits of the Indian economy.

Amidst the challenges, India's heart beats
with courage, rewriting the story of resilience.
Reasons for Our Establishment

This is the reason for establishing our NGO, i.e., Riddhi Siddhi Charitable Trust. Since the start of our institution, we have focused on our mission: to improve the lives of the marginalised community. To that extent, we carry out multifaceted activities for these people with the help of our volunteers. These activities include conducting food distribution camps, providing warm clothes during the winter season, helping other NGOs find solutions to their issues, providing sanitary pads to rural women, providing school essentials to needy children, conducting awareness campaigns in slums, etc.

Current Situation

The onslaught of COVID-19 has changed the scenario for the already marginalised communities in India. The issues range from food insecurity to affordable housing. This is the reason we need help from donors like you. With your help, we will not only be able to make a difference in the lives of many but also provide a better future for these communities.

Your support matters.

There are many different ways to join our campaigns. You can volunteer your time at our charitable trust, donate to orphanages, do charity work for the poor, or spread our work through social media channels. Join our force and bring about a change.
